Sauk or Prairie?

It’s because it’s actually two different towns, Sauk City and Prairie Du Sac. Way back when, Sauk was founded by the Germans and Prairie by the French, therefore causing them pretty much hate each other. However over the decades the towns grew together and nowadays there the only way to tell the difference is in the winter when one side of Oak Street (the dividing street) is plowed and the other isn’t. Yup, although Sauk Prairie has one school district, one hospital, and one airport; it has two complete different village halls, police and fire departments, libraries, and post offices. It’s rediculous and through a local photography show called ‘Fences’ (all entries are supposed to depict some sort of boundry), I’m going to try to share my opinion with people. So here’s the picture that I decided to enter.
Don’t forget to notice the irony of the SP Hospital sign in the back
