posts to come…

Hey all.  I just wanted to let everyone know that I do have a lot of good pictures to post on here in the near future, hopefully… it’s just a matter of finding time to sit down, edit them, and then post them.  I’m in Winona for the summer to take classes and work, and am feeling slightly overwhelmed right now.  There don’t seem to be enough hours in a day… you know how it goes.  Anyhow, I promise that there will be at least two new posts within the next week, one of flowers, and one of a view of the Wisconsin River from Ferry Bluff.  Have a great weekend.

Somewhere over the rainbow…

I caught a little glimpse of heaven this evening… The largest and most beautiful rainbow I’ve ever seen. And not only that, but it lasted almost 15 minutes and it was a double rainbow on one end! I had some problems with rain drop spots on my lens, but that’s to be expected. Oh and I was mad at the black spot in the middle of my third picture… until I realized it was a bird that I’d caught mid-flight! How awesome!

Sidewalk Chalk

This evening I spent a quality hour with some CBC youngsters out in front of the church playing with some sidewalk chalk.  We had a blast in the sunshine and I got some pretty awesome pictures.  Enjoy!  :)

“Can Ali come out to jump?”

My little neighbors used to ring my doorbell on a daily basis to see if I wanted to come out and jump on their trampoline with them.  Some things never change.  And sure enough, there they were at my front door this afternoon :)
